Property was great aesthetically. Still some problems with the power & smell in the hallway of sewage water where there’s clearly a drain problem

I loved the property- the room, facilities and all the restaurants were very well kept. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. They treated us very well. I truly have no complaints other than the fact that I eventually needed to go home! :-)

The culinary offerings at Hyatt Vivid exceeded our expectations. Each meal was a delightful experience, with the food being far better than we could have imagined. The variety of restaurants available made it hard for us to pick a favorite as each offered a unique and delicious dining experience. Entertainment at the hotel was top-notch. Whether it was enjoying the live performances or relaxing at the beach club, there was never a dull moment. The beach club, in particular, struck the perfect balance between lively and relaxing. Overall, our stay at Hyatt Vivid was filled with wonderful experiences. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness, the exceptional staff, the mouthwatering food, and the great entertainment made it a trip to remember. Welcome on arrival, greeters and transport organisers were excellent.Cleanliness throughout ,quality of food, drink and furnishings was very good.Good selection of different restaurants.Always space around pool with plentiful suply of towels.Waiting staff were very attentive in the evenings but at breakfast they seemed to be less so.
